- When we first met Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, he was maintaining his own website using MS Frontpage. When he retired, five years later, his site saw millions of visitors each month and his newsletter was read by 200,000 plus subscribers three times a week.
- The first order of business was dealing with the growing number of new articles and newsletter content. The answer was a custom content manager that we built using .NET and MSSQL.
- The CMS integrates new articles with the newsletter as they are entered, automating most of the process. The time spent creating the newsletter was reduced from hours to minutes, which allowed Gary to concentrate on more important aspects of the business.
- The original store was replaced with an open source c# (c sharp) program which gave us complete control over the checkout process. A floating mini cart keeps users updated on each page.
- We used Webtrends and Google tools to monitor, test and implement new marketing strategies. The result was increased conversions and larger totals per sale.
- We created the EFT Certification software from the ground up. Our custom algorythm ensures that each exam is unique, but no test is more or less difficult than the others. The entire exam process is easily administered through intuitive interfaces.
